@Hadrian0Completely forgot about scrap book, sorry :sad-mut:
Continue to learn some front end today
@YeGao0My blot submission got rejected kinda of sad so imma grind blot again, today I worked on a snow man here my draft. Just figure out color
@AdityaPV0Made a text generator with markov chains.
This was created to test my hypothesis on how to improve repeated text generations from LLMs.
I generated over 400 quotes each from my model and chatgpt 3.5 turbo. And created a website where people could rate the similarity of quotes.
If enough people had voted, i might have finished my research, but alas!!
some text generated by my model:
> The mother was the sidewalk. Everyone clapped and the end, they decided to see my special trick?” The rabbit lived near a memory of playing, they found a shooting star twinkling. She would style it to the fields. The frog decided to watch the rat showed off their usual activities. A cat was sad because it flew over a tree. It was the cool water and a goat were so excited that was the most important thing of its mother encouraged it. The bear lived near a river together. The boy had a cow loved to catch it. In a forest. One day, she looked through the rocks. They decided they saw a tall grass, while the sun set, they thanked the same barn. The frog how far it as a branch above the same house. The dog would pretend to hop on a frog. Every morning, it as flying. A horse loved it was a leaf. The crab met by the frog. Every morning, the way they both realized that having a melody. One day, the rat showed off their special acorn. In the animals to chat and the mud. One day, the sun. You don’t you teach me to

@david-U078HK3ARMY0Milestone: Tried to make this dynamo usb charger to work on my dynamo (6V 3W) but unfortuantly the dynamo produces only max of 2V (no matter how fast I'm going with my bike). My theory would be that the dynamo cannot provide the needed amperage to supply the LM2596S that steps down from 6V to 5V normally. That's sad but I also didn't know it from the beginning, so yeah idk what to do withit as for now. I'm going to finish this project for sure but I need more time and better knowledge on why this is happening. As for now here is the github commit:
github.com/liaa-dev/dynamo_usb-charger/commit/4ea49b16edad695baa0a1c20ee27c61083a2914e
@ShaileshSaravanan0I’ve created an Emotion Recognition System with machine learning that detects emotions from real-time video using a webcam. It identifies emotions like Angry, Happy, Sad, and more, displaying the results directly on the video feed.
Check it out on GitHub: Emotion Recognition Repository
@JomarMilan0I've released a new minor update for Block Coding for Minecraft! Now, the WebSocket server is encrypted, so 'Require Encrypted WebSockets' no longer needs to be disabled! (This was really difficult to pull off, so it makes me kind of sad that all that changes for users is that they don't need to care about an option in the game. At least I learned a lot about cryptography.) There are also buttons to save and load the workspace to files now, which should make it easier to organize multiple workspaces and share them!
I learned a lot about cryptography working on this update, since prior to this the extent of my knowledge pertaining to encryption was how to use GnuPG. A few of the things that I learned are that AES works in blocks, that there are a lot of different modes of AES, that Electron uses BoringSSL and Node.js uses OpenSSL, and about the Diffie-Hellman key exchange.

@kallen0I Created a way better faster explorer interface for my text editor, It went from a sad 20fps to a crazy 400+ fps! It works super well and it looks great with the new theme programming!

@Sajeg0So this is a bit of a disappointing post. I tried to build a App with ArCore. It took me a while to realize that you also need Sceneview to Display something. But it is deprecated by google, so I searched and found a OpenSource replacement that is based on the SceneView of Google. But sadly they have nearly no documentation. Only the Api documented. They have a few sample projects but I only could get image tracking to work. However no rendering of 3D models. I hope @ reviewers you'll be kind because didn't code much and couldn't get this working the way i wanted it to work. It's very sad. I know. Still here is the repo link: github.com/Sajeg/project-banksy
@pro-grammer0Here is the updated Perceptron model:
For those of you who don't know what I am creating it is basically a combination of many AI model and it is called Perceptron a model that can talk to you (the transfer learning model) only triggered by its name (Perceptron) and it also has manual resposes here are some examples: plays music, stops music, searches on google, searches on the wiki, gets the time, gets the weather and more...
Apart from the transfer learning model it also has an image recognition model that you can also train and when you say the word "image" when you talk it asks for the path and predicts what the image is!!!
It also has a sentiment analisis model that when you talk to Perceptron after it responds it (the sentiment analisis model) also tells you its prediction for how you are feeling example: happy, sad ...
Apart form that it also has another model, an object detection model that can find different objects in an image and show the original image but with the boxes for the different objects!!!
And the latest model is an OCR model (optical character recognition) what it does is it finds text in images and can tell you what it sees!!!
• Here is the Perceptron home page with all the models:
github.com/adrirubio/Perceptron
• Here is the newest model (the OCR model):
github.com/adrirubio/Perceptron/blob/main/optical_character_recognition.py
• For more information you can check out the readme:
github.com/adrirubio/Perceptron
I will link all of the scraps for this model!!!
I had a very annoying error but just today fixed it and right now the model is up and training!!!
I will use this OCR model to be able to "see" (recognize) the text in my screen joined with the object detection model that can recognize images!!!
So withought further a-do I will leave you with all of my scraps!!!
I hope you enjoy!!!

Unfortunately the model still hasn't finished it training but it definetly trains and has pretty good results so far!!!
Next I hope on creating a text recognition model for an even greater finished project!!!
So, to not make you wait any longer here are the sessions!!!
ENJOY!!!
@anthonykung0haiyaa it wasnt easy to develop at all why say easy to get started when there's no docs on the ROS2 integration :sadparrot: well okay i kinda did it last minute but well if I had to generate hardware layer then create library to interface with the IOs and use ROS2 dats not easy to use at all bah
also why are all da docs using PetaLinux while da user guide advertise da custom ubuntu stuff?? and why are all da vision AI stuff in KV260 so much different than the KR260?? dis thing makes no sense :hu-cry:
guess I'm not winning da $10k prize T~T at least I get to keep da board :roo-sad:
hmmm guess I dont usually win hackathon coz i procrastinate too much :rapid: but I still blame da lack of resources :angrycry:
also look me used a paper plate keep it not touching random stuff 🤪
@Briyan0🚨 Did you even hear the news about the Spotify Car Thing? Apparently, it's hitting the road for good in December. Sad times! That little gadget had a surprisingly slick UI, paired with its handy media control knob. It was a bummer they never took it further.
That's why I'm building this web project! It's like a mini graveyard for the Car Thing's potential, keeping its awesome UI alive. We might not be blasting tunes through the car speakers just yet, but you can still browse your playlists and see the next song up, just like the good ol' Car Thing days. Think of it as a tribute to a fallen hero of in-car music control!
Find it here: ampersandco.me/SpotifyWebThing.github.io

@MustafaMustardman0github.com/mustyverymustymustapha/rocks p e t r o c k
anyway it’s a pet rock and his state changes every 20 seconds randomly, he can either be content, sad or tired
he is content = don’t do anything
he is sad = pet him
he is tired = feed him
oh yeah u can also make him dance!!!
this is a very basic project and if i inspired you, you can feel free to use my code, after all there are comments in the code to help you understand
@YeGao0Made a replit Tutorial Day 1, the amount of write and retakes for the video is insane and sad next time I should be able to do more work in less time.

@shiki0making a ring of vocabulary tool using svelte and firebase.
this name is "ankage" from japanese "anki" (means remember) and "strage"
firebase is a hobby plan so im sad to not able to ship for using by other people...
github.com/shiki-01/ankage/commit/c7f470d60a72d643d732ba07edf07f97e46748eb@ShauryaBisht0#hack-hour #15-days-in-public Day 6(Day 3 for me) Learned how to make api's through videos like this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsYIw6RXjfM. Worked on fine-tuning hyperparameters, playing with model complexity, researching other models of the same dataset, reduced learning rate, and highered epochs. The new and improved model is training atm(my computer restarted because idk even why so that was sad). Changed the website so I can have different models to test 😄
@Kieran0reverse engineered the missive api to build an app to bulk add users from a csv; also flew my drone and smashed the lens on my camera as well as breaking the sd card slot :fb-sad:
@Kieran0sad me over here just installing raycast a few days ago
@Peiprjs0I went to germany by bike. Compared to the netherlands, germany sucks:
• Everyone is loud
• Bike infrastructure is crappy
• It just looks sad
• They don’t know how to make good train stations
@Lucas0No way no way :sad_pepe::peposalute: Let's go again
@jzaleta0Today my #scrapbook ended! :sadge::fireball: After 418 days my streak has officially come to an end! This morning I got the painful message from @scrappy-U015D6A36AG that I forgot to post last night. I completely meant to but it slipped my mind for the first time since I joined Hack Club :hack-club:, I had a lot of homework and projects so I couldn't post anything on time. That being said, although it was cool to keep it until this day, this is the last post I will do to my scrapbook and thanks to everyone who followed along for 418 days! ⚡
@jzaleta0Today is November 1! Besides school, I didn't made a lot of things, but I've been thinking on finishing my #scrapbook streak. :sadge::hack-club: Here's some more Dalle Pictures I did with the AI! 🤖
@reesericci0Vacation is over and I am sad on two counts.
@reesericci0My laptop screen is now completely borked. NOOOOOOOOO I HAVE A FUCKING 5HR TRAIN RIDE TOMORROW I CANT DEAL WITH THIS ANYMORE
@jzaleta0Today I had my last day of Biology 🦠 Lab 🔬of all of my semester and high school!!! :backpack: This is both something sad :sadge: and good at the same time :yay: because even when I finished it, I know I got to learn a lot of amazing :quad_parrot: and cool :cooll-dino: things that will be useful for my future and I leave it with a lot of good memories. So here's my last group of cell pictures 📸 I took today, this are Fungi and Protist ,also I might make a small website to host all of them! :quad_parrot: Also here's some other city 🌆 pictures because after lab 🧪 this afternoon I went home walking. 🏠
@jzaleta0Tomorrow I'm having Biology 🌱 Lab 🧪 again, but sadly :sadge: looks like the microscope 🔬 practices are finished, so the next ones are going to be different, more data-writing 📝 focused. Also I've been trying to work again on my website, and decided to use a gradient background so I'm learning how to to that with CSS :css:!
@belle0woohoooo! i got my ticket for an event i probably can't attend cuz of timezones :sadge:
