@louisa7+was super busy today it being the kinda-last day of school, added more stuff to lyla tho (in testing branch tho since i havent merged it yet lol)!
@Gus1Yesterday I helped run the computer science table at our school district's middle school academy fair! talking hundreds of middle schoolers was very taxing, but it actually went great, we had a crowd around our table the entire time!
I obviously advertised Hack Club a ton even though I was low on posters & flyers-- people loved the Sprig, the LED matrix (upcoming ysws 👀), the stickers, and most of all, the game! I projected my #C07MUFXNG82| pinball game onto the ceiling to draw people over & gave candy to people who could score 1000! I wanted to buy a gong with school budget that we could hit every time someone beat the high score, but even though it (shockingly) got approved it didn't arrive in time.
Definitely gonna recreate this setup in the future!
@AshishAgarwal0just came from school, this is the work I did to yesterday, let's see how far it goes today!
@Blu0Worked on Nested For Loop Practice in Java for a test in school, and also worked a bit on my minecraft mod PotatoPerks! modrinth.com/mod/potato-perks
@louisa7+today was filled with lots of school work speedrun lol:
• pulled an all nighter
• today a local business reached out for a poster design so ive been trying to make one (also i asked before i posted it here just to make sure they were cool w it :) ), this is the first very rough draft to just make sure im getting what they want but ill pretify it later:
• not much progress w @loumakespopculturereferences (idk why the name isnt changing sob), just added a few more emotions and that was it. i do plan to ship it tmrw tho. learning ab slack bots is interesting to say the least lol
• been a really weird day where i live so ive been keeping up w that, might make a website hopefully before christmas to document it since i feel like alot of ppl dont quite understand the situation rn

@boki0Updated pop music website! Fixed slideshow, updated navigation bar, hamburger menu and also improved on the JavaScript code... My goal with this is to convince our school to let us have a space for student websites that we'd voluntarily make for fun… If anything I'm learning something new by making a site about a hobby
@MichaelChuang0BlueJ homework AI grader for my APCS class at school
@boki0Been working on a website relating to pop music for school, never really made something that wasn't really basic, so now i want to explore (copied the slideshow from w3)

@SayhanRahman0Breaking news :tw_rotating_light: Local high school in Istanbul finally decides to get new 3d printer :3d-printer: after 3 years of student begging 🥺. Reports say the student is still too shocked to move :blahaj-shock:@Jackson0finally got everything working on a chromebook so i can work at school🔥 🔥
@phthallo0this is literally insane to me but in the span of one week i:
• :rocket_animated: flew to los angeles for ascend and actually made a (semi functional) hackathon project
• 🎓 graduated high school ?!??!? what
• :python: presented a project of mine (the very first project i scrapbooked) at pycon australia's student showcase, over in melbourne (the student showcase might be an australian-only thing :fucking_sobbing:)
along the way, i hung out with some great friends, spoke to a lot of awesome new people, got some nice swag, spent a lot of time travelling in planes and through different cities. seriously, if you'd told thirteen year old me that i'd be doing all this i absolutely would not have believed you at all
tl;dr the real projects were the friends we made along the way or something like that
@SayhanRahman0High seas around the school. Went to every class from 6th to 12th and explained high seas to students. Was a bit hard convincing them of the legitimacy so hopefully at least a few will join. Will do some coding later probably
@louisa7+very busy today with school and some robotics work but on the brightside no assignments tmrw :) tmrw i plan to continue my emulator :D (image of one of the robotics assignments i did today, its rlly weird but interesting working on non-robot js on DDE)
@louisa7+i finished the website for my spooky boba. i'll try to make some improvements sometime soon but i think i like it a decent amt now. today i also went to the office and also met a sponsor which went decently well! i worked on some more budget still and did a bunch of school assignments. i also had a meeting with my progress manager (that's my homeschool's fancy name for homeroom tr) to change my maths schedule and i rlly like my maths schedule now!
@MinglangDu0Just finished my high school admissions interview! I showed them this website I made way back then:
@ActuallyMed0Couldn't work on BreakryBakery today, had to draft a constitution for our so called book club at school. Fingers crossed, please headmistress agree to our club.
@ChessThinker0Just competed in my first Hack Club affiliated hackathon in Flagstaff, Arizona! The hackathon was divided into middle and high school (I'm in 8th). My team got first place in Middle School. The theme was to figure out what to do after landing on a new planet. My team built Pondilate! Check it out here: pondilate.netlify.app
@Skyree0hiii ppl here! im not that great at coding or anything yet, but i think im good at Canva graphic designing :D I make lil posters for my school library!
@Aram0Today was a light day (was busy w/school) but I got images working fetching from my Flickr! Tomorrow, I'm going to style it better and adding microanimations to the site! Currently working on a redesign of my website!
@DataChokheli0Python School management system project with a database of SQLite. It has three most important user roles: a student, teacher, and admin. The functionality will be different for different users. Students can sign up, log in, and check their personal information and grades. Teachers will add and manage the grades of students. Admins can add, edit, and delete students' records and manage user authentication and password changes. Security features include password hashing and access restriction to admins for a specified number of users. The project can be extended to implement GUI or convert it into a desktop application. github.com/datchkh/school_system
@Daalbu0Finished Hackclub arcade with mostly finished flutter app for our schools system. Skola Offline will be worked on during the school year which starts basically tommorow. Thanks to @MichaelAmbros and @matym1 for diving into this adventure with me. Repo: github.com/SkolaOffline/skolaoffline
@JubilantMarmot0PicoTemp Sensor
This is a pretty cool but simple project. RGB LED and a screen that shows you the temperature. Both when it is hot and cold!
Additionally, there is a joystick for menu selection, but that is not implemented yet. This is for [redacted for privacy] school for the Electronics Club demo next Thursday.
Try it here! wokwi.com/projects/407498035301430273github.com/JubilantMarmot/HC-bin2
@Rafi13082007-U07F9BJDYP30The project is meant to go over how to what is neccessary to make glasses with bio sensors that can collect data, and some plans around it, i got a prototype made in video, and one there is a break from school, i will upload the process of how to make it, from step by step instructions and hopefully have an app ready by then. github.com/Rafi13082007/Bionic-Glasses-for-Patients
@patrick0Hey guys, my school got a bunch of cabinets. So I was tasked with assembling one, I took it upon myself to do this without instructions lol. So I messed up a bunch.
Check out the progress here!

@Ultra0I have made a document that teaches the basics of Neural networking in Python for my Coding Club at school for the students who are interested in ML and AI. I have not finished it yet, I have only gone through the first example, but seeing as the Arcade is coming to an end, I thought it best to submit it now.
