I just finished a raycast extension for scrapbook. It allows viewing of recent posts, and also searching through users. You can see all information about a post or user, and even open posts in slack, or open profiles in the browser. I have been hard at work creating @phish.directory the slack bot for #phish-directory! My latest round of changes includes url scanning with urlscan, as well as the ability to reject a classification, and lots of bug fixes / general improvements!

Devlog: Progress is being made at golinks v2, although roadblocks are being experienced in storing Slack bot tokens at Cloudflare D1 via Prisma at the moment. I expect to fully implement the bare bones within this week, among other things.

day whatever of arcade started work on (god i'm gonna say this so many times) a nintendo switch and slack status linker! the whole premise is that while you're gaming, your slack status will update to show your current game (also hi reviewer! this scrap also contains work for an uno in slack project i'm working on. i haven't made enough progress on it to post an image, but hopefully it'll be done soon™️)

Lately on the golinks rewrite, I am start to work on adding a bit of Slack slash commands integration (which you'll be able to try on Hack Club Slack over the staging environment soon) and some behind the scenes work for a landing page on deprecated golinks. Also I'll be taking a bit of day off for this Sunday (PH Standard Time) for some house chores and then some. See you on Monday then!

#arcade Implemented some functionality for a Slack Native app, written in PySide6 (an official Python wrapper for the Qt C++ GUI framework). It is still in very, very early phrases. No commits have been pushed to master, so if you're checking it out, look at the dev branch. Supported features: • rendering of messages (dynamically fetching new messages when they arrive is WIP, mainly because I can't test it unless I actually enable it for this Slack which has like a million messages per second), no thread display or user information, and some special syntax doesn't work, like code blocks • sending simple messages (no emoji support yet, haven't tested special syntax but theoretically most should work?) • the best feature: only 90MB of RAM! Note: currently you can also only use one Slack workspace and you have to entire your own keys in a .env file yourself, also some URLs and keys and hardcoded to the Hack Club workspace. I created a simple random number generator using a light sensor combined with an Arduino Uno. I'm currently saving up for an actual Arduino, but for now, I had to use an emulator. I expect to improve this in the future, potentially by adding new modules to connect to randomness. github.com/infection-tag/arduino-light-sensor-rng Attached is a picture (video unsupported by Slack) of the light sensor generating simulated light levels. It was coded in C. In the future, I want to do something similar with a Flipper Zero (assuming I can get enough tickets)

Made a web scraper in python and made a slack bot to display the review stats (since /reviewstats has been deactivated). You can get the latest LIVE review stats by using /arcadereviewstats - currently only works in #arcade-lounge & takes around 5 seconds to load the latest data.

I've hacked in support for hooking unity games in my new ~~google stadia ripoff~~ homegrown application/game streaming implementation, so now most SDL games and Unity games should be supported. Note: keyboard input only, mouse + gamepad support is coming soon. Here is a video of it working with the GOG copy of Hollow Knight. also i plan on testing this over the internet with lots of ppl sometime in the future (there may be a slack channel created for this) I wanted to record a video of the stream on iphone side by side but as I found out you can't have picture and picture playing while an application is using the camera in ios (once again the frame drops are because the machine running and streaming the game is also recording this scrapbook video at the same time lol so it's deciding to drop frames from my windows laptop, the game is actually much smoother on the actual testing laptop) not depicted: • various performance enhancements and network stability things • window focus lost events are now dropped so you can run celeste and other FNA games without requiring it to be focused on the host, thank god FNA is open source otherwise guessing how the logic works would be a bit annoying

Here is my Slack automation project. Includes classes to start, pause/resume sessions, get remaining time of the session (using Slack api and not hack club's) and send messages in the session's threads. Can be used programmatically or with a GUI, though that ui doesn't work very well and I lost motivation to fix it. GitHub repo is here - github.com/Artem4852/slack-automations
